1. This Referral Program, as detailed herein with its specific terms and rewards, is exclusively applicable to users registered through the official Bybit Georgia local website. These terms and rewards do not apply to users registered via Bybit platforms for other regions or to participants in other global Bybit referral programs.

2. Referrers will start earning commissions when a referee signs up with Bybit Georgia and whenever their referees complete a trade on the Bybit Georgia platform. Upon the registration of a referee, referrers will be able to receive commissions on such trades of their referees for 365 days.

3. Referral commissions will be distributed at 4AM UTC daily. Referral commissions are derived from the referee's Net Trading Fee (Net Trading Fee = Trading fee - bonus - coupons - other costs) which will be calculated in USDT.

4. Eligible deposits include One-Click Buy, Crypto Deposits, and Fiat Deposits. Internal transfer of funds will not be considered for this event.

5. Spot trading pairs with zero fees will not be counted toward calculation.

6. The deposit amount and trading volume during the event period will be calculated based on the real-time exchange rate (in USD).

7. If a referee is a Pro user, the referrer will not receive referral commissions.

8. Paid online or offline advertisements with the use of the Bybit Georgia brand are strictly prohibited.

9. Bybit Georgia reserves the right to disqualify a participant if he/she engages in any inappropriate, dishonest or abusive activities (such as wash trading, volume faking, participating using multiple accounts, market manipulation, etc.) during the event.
